How Do Participants Join?
To let your audience interact with your slides, they need to access a joining link or scan a QR code. EngageSlide provides several flexible ways for you to share this information quickly and professionally.
Sharing Methods:
- Direct Link: Copy and send via chat, email, or social media.
- QR Code: Display it live for the audience to scan with their phone cameras.
- Download QR: Save the QR code as an image for printing on materials or custom designs.

Click the "Share" button at the top right of the presentation editor.

In the Audience Link tab, you will find the join URL. Click "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard.

To display the QR code, view the QR Code section. You can also click "Download QR Code" to save the image file.
